Poderi Moretti Winery owned by Francesco Moretti is the natural evolution of a long-established family wine estate born from the union of the Occhetti and Moretti families who have been rooted in the Roero region (Piedmont Italy) since 1630 as documented in the historical land registry of Monteu Roero.
Today the winery is managed by Francesco Moretti together with his children Alessandra and Riccardo who carry on the family’s passion for high-quality winemaking.
Located in Monteu Roero with vineyards also in Montaldo Roero Santo Stefano Roero Vezza d’Alba and Govone Poderi Moretti is a historic and well-established winery in the heart of Piedmont.
The estate covers 42 hectares including 22 hectares of vineyards dedicated to the iconic variety of the Roero hills.

All wines are made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from the estate’s finest vineyards: Occhetti® Trinità San Michele® Gorrini Vadonia®.

- Vinification: traditional fermentation in stainless steel with long maceration (about 15 days)
- Ageing: 18 months in large oak casks and barrels followed by 6 months in stainless steel
- Refinement: 12 months in bottle at controlled temperature

- Vinification: traditional fermentation in stainless steel (15 days)
