Nate Silver is a founding partner of Wander Home, a boutique property management company and consultancy operating 32 luxury short-term rentals in the Poconos. The company was founded in 2021, and is on pace to generate over $2.5 million of STR revenue in 2024 🤯.
Nate started in real estate investing when he house-hacked his first multi-unit property in Washington D.C. in 2018. Before going all-in on the short-term rental space, Nate had a 12-year-long career in multi-family real estate development and construction management in Washington DC where he oversaw the on-time and on-budget completion of over 3000 apartments in over a dozen mixed-use commercial buildings. Nate loves working with people, solving complex challenges, and creating streamlined systems and operations that improve Wander Home's hospitality and partner services. Nate will be talking about his journey as a premier short-term rental operator and giving his knowledge on how to have a successful Airbnb 📈.
