There is a capacity of 12 players. If tickets have sold out, there will be a waitlist available on the ticket page.
Refund Policy: please note we cannot issue any refunds requested within 30 DAYS of the event, no matter the reason.
Players must be 16+ to attend.

Registration 10:00 - 10:20
Round 1 10:30 - 12:45
Lunch Break 12:45 - 13:15
Round 2 13:20 - 15:35
Round 3 15:45 - 18:00
Awards until 18:15

RULES:
Armies should be no more than 600 points.
Armies do NOT need to be fully painted and based, but the first tiebreaker will be a painted army (and we will have an award for Best Painted)
Models should be WYSIWYG to a strong level. Your opponent should be able to tell what a model/weapon is just by looking at it. The same applies for conversions and kitbashes.
Armies must be submitted by 11:59pm on Thursday 3rd October at the latest via email to [email protected] or to Longshanks directly
When submitting your list, please include any club/team you are in - this helps you avoid playing a teammate during R1
Army lists can be any legal builds; we will accept Legendary Legions as well as Green, Yellow or Red alliance lists.

THE TOURNAMENT:
Games will be played on a 4ft by 4ft board.
The event will use Swiss pairings (with a random 1st round, avoiding teammates where possible), using Longshanks
A win scores 1pt, a draw is ½pt and a loss is 0pts
Conceding will be recorded as a 12-0 loss, give 0pts and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.
Tiebreakers will be determined as follows:
Painted Army
VP Scored
Win SoS
VP Differential
Random
Scenarios will be randomly determined from the Matched Play Guide prior to each round. Storm the Camp and Heirlooms of Ages Past will be excluded.
Terrain will be pre-placed on each table prior to the event. Please do not move the terrain unless necessary.
Prior to each game, you should agree with your opponent how to treat each terrain piece.
