Port Macquarie Women Connect ‘WOMENS NIGHT’ A place to connect, share & support .On the first Tuesday of every month, we are welcoming our PMWC community to join us for a women’s only gathering.
Casual in nature, and with a focus on women’s wellbeing, these meet-ups provide an opportunity where we can come together to share our stories and support one another in a safe and confidential space.
Our gathering is open to all women, and you don’t need to have attended our Sunday walks to join us.
We know that 7:30am Sunday doesn’t suit everyone :)
Run by PMWC volunteers, the evening will consist of some gentle mindfulness practice followed by an open discussion where we can talk all things ‘us’ without judgment. There will be no expectation to share, you are welcome to just listen and enjoy the company over a nice cuppa.
When: First Tuesday of the month, 6:00pm (arrive a 5-10mins early to sign in)

Tea & Coffee provided.
