Better Together: Driving Impact Through Projects and Change
Project management and change management are often seen as separate disciplines — one focused on delivery, the other on adoption. In practice, the two are deeply interconnected, and when brought together, they create stronger outcomes, more resilient teams, and lasting impact.
Join us for a thought-provoking panel conversation exploring the synergies between project and change management. Our expert panellists will share their insights and experiences on how these disciplines can work together to drive successful transformation. Together, we’ll unpack the benefits, challenges, and real-world applications of aligning project delivery with effective change practices.
Whether you identify more as a project professional, a change practitioner, or somewhere in between, this session will offer practical perspectives and fresh ideas on working better together.
Key takeaways:
- Understand how project management and change management complement each other to deliver both outcomes and adoption.
- Gain practical strategies for integrating change and project practices to enhance impact and success.
- Hear real-world insights from experts on overcoming challenges at the intersection of projects and change.
