PMI Melbourne Mentoring – let’s celebrate End of Year – 20th of November
Join us to hear about mentoring successes, challenges and learning and share your experience with us.
Whether you are one of the 97 mentoring program members connected to a mentor or mentee, or interested to learn about the program, this is your chance to chat with people at the face-to-face event, in the glorious venue – RMIT building 80, Theatre room!
Our mentors and mentees will share their stories on the big stage and answer your questions, including the good and the bad of mentoring – what was beneficial and what was difficult.
Sohan said to me: “Our Mentor-Mentee works with Liz are going gangbusters! We are both reaping the benefits every session.” Let’s hear from Sohan and Liz about their journey!
Harry said: “This is my first go at a formal mentoring session, although I have been a PMO manager, Practice Manager and have managed many project managers. Happy to reflect on how the mentoring program went.”
Dilshan is keen to share tips on maximising mentorship, staying motivated during career transitions, and navigating difficult yet growth-driven conversations!
