This is a Diploma Course that consists of 25 hours over 5 weeks, taking place every Sunday from 12 Jan 2025 - 9th Feb 2025 from 10am-3.30pm each week. If you would like to work more with Royal Icing and learn various piping techniques this could be the course for you. On completing the 25 hours you will gain a Diploma award. The cost is £450 this includes all ingredients and use of equipment for the duration of the course. You will also receive a course kit which includes various tools and equipment that is yours to keep. To enrol a £100 non-refundable deposit is payable and the balance to paid two weeks before the course starts.
