About this Event
PMAC presents an evening of acoustic music featuring five adult ensembles led by teaching artists Steve Roy and Jason Crigler:
- Acoustic Coffeehouse blends folk, Americana, and roots influences through acoustic arrangements.
- Band of Hope honors the informal, collaborative spirit of Irish and Scottish session traditions.
- Noon Tunes explores fiddle tunes from a range of cultural traditions, such as Appalachian, French, Canadian, and Celtic.
- Ukulele Ensemble showcases the versatility of the ukulele with creative arrangements and a mix of musical genres.
- Bluegrass Ensemble performs a mix of traditional and contemporary bluegrass, led by a focus on group collaboration.
