The Plymouth Contemporary 2021, an open submission exhibition, provides a platform for both emerging creative talent, and more established artists working nationally and internationally. This, the third Plymouth Contemporary exhibition brought to you by The Arts Institute, The Box and KARST, continues to support new ideas and a risk-taking approach across all art forms with previously featured artists going on to achieve national and international success. Open to contemporary visual artists working in any medium, based nationally or internationally. Exhibiting artists to be announced.
This exhibition was previously programmed to run across The Levinsky Gallery, University of Plymouth, from 19 March – 23 May 2021, and KARST from 13 May – 3 July 2021, new dates to announced in due course pending government guidance.
Please note The Levinsky Gallery is unfortunately currently closed until further notice. We look forward to welcoming visitors once again, and will continue to assess the possibility of safe re-opening in line with COVID-19 government guidelines.
