This in-person event will be held at The Oxford Taproom where you will learn about cold water immersion and be safely guided by a SHERPA Breath & Cold Facilitator through a cold plunge that will rock your world. Afterwards your tastebuds will be swimming and ready for a beverage of your choice included in your ticket :) Delicious food will be available for purchase as well.
