This free class is in partnership with Kula Yoga & Wellness and is offered both online and in person at Kula Yoga.Holidays can be full of fun and cheer but can also leave us feeling stressed and over-extended. The hustle and bustle, extra commitments, travel, and family time as well as the cold weather can quickly take its toll and leave us feeling frazzled. Take some time to reconnect yourself, mind, body, and breath with a gentle, restorative and grounding yoga practice. Learn how to find and practice steadiness and connection to the earth and yourself.
This class is appropriate for all levels: Postures will utilize standing as well as seated and laying down on a yoga mat. Please have a yoga bolster or a firm pillow or cushion, a yoga strap or belt, scarf or towel, and a blanket or two available for this practice.
