In this intimate cooking-and-conversation class, we'll journey through the flavors, stories, and reflections that marked a full year of meals enjoyed by Stanley Tucci—from Italian trattorias and film-set catering to intimate family dinners. We’ll recreate dishes that echo Tucci’s love for simple, authentic cooking, while discussing themes of food as memory and identity, the humor and vulnerability in sharing meals, and the ways personal connections, travel, and life transitions are inseparable from what we eat. As we cook and dine together, we'll delve into how food becomes connects the past and present, the self and others.
