Celebrate New Year’s Eve with Richmond’s most iconic underground arts event—PLF’s Annual Decemberween, now at Homegrown VA! Join us for a night of creativity, collaboration, and community as we welcome 2026 together!
Since the early days in basements and backyards, PLF Decemberween has grown into one of Richmond’s most anticipated NYE events. For our 19th year, we’re returning to our roots with a more intimate community feel while still delivering the full spectacle you love: fire performances, DJs, immersive art installations, interactive circus and flow arts, live painting, outdoor pyro-sculptures, lounge zones, food trucks, fully stocked libation stations, and plenty of surprises throughout the night!
Your ticket includes entry to all entertainment areas, a complimentary drink ticket, and custom PLF swag made by local artists.
Decemberween is 21+ with valid ID required.
Rideshare is strongly encouraged—keep it safe and keep the party going!
What to Expect…
Prepare for a fully immersive night featuring:
-Fire performances & outdoor pyro-sculptures
-DJs and a multi-zone sound experience

Whether this is your very first Decemberween or you’ve been with us since the beginning, get ready for a night you won’t forget! View Decemberween as “Halloween in December on New Year’s Eve” which means this is a costume positive event where we highly encourage you to glow up! Dress in your favorite attire… whether that be face paint and sparkly ball gown, kitty ears and a onesie, booty shorts and a clown nose, face glowy fairy wings and combat boots, heck…rock jeans and a t-shirt if that’s your vibe. Liberation efforts at all PLF events means letting your freak flag fly and DWeen is when we turn it up!

Location & Parking:
Rideshare highly encouraged — PLF is working with Uber and Lyft to offer promo codes
Please don’t drink and drive; plenty of non-alcoholic options will be available!

We encourage attendees to wear KN95/N95 masks when deemed necessary to help protect our community
A Sanctuary area will be available for anyone who needs a quiet moment to ground and recharge.
