If you're interested in cultivating & deepening these capacities, I invite you to join PLEASURE ALCHEMY, where you will be guided through a series of solo, 1:1, and small group experiential exercises designed to support you with identifying and dissolving inner blocks to trusting, surrendering, receiving, and allowing in emotional nourishment, especially from other humans, so that love can flow ever more effortlessly.
Whether by yourself or with a friend/partner, come discover new ways of accessing and co-creating genuine, healing experiences of profound embodied pleasure.
Learn to welcome and be in flow with all that arises within you as you come home to that place of connection to yourself and others that feels like a deep felt sense of safety, where tenderness and vulnerability can express and unfold naturally.

? What is Primal Alchemy?

Primal Alchemy is a facilitated embodiment journey in which you are guided to connect to your breath, your authentic movement, and to liberate stagnant life force energy through sound and emotional, energetic release. By expressing and being witnessed exactly where you are, you can create the inner space to receive the support and nourishment that's available to you right here, right now.
? What is a Pleasure Buffet?

The Pleasure Buffet is a structured group experience where you are guided in how to ask for, and receive, what you desire in the moment.

Some things you could ask for include:

- being massaged

- being fed delicious treats

- having lullabies sung to you

- being physically held

- hearing appreciations

- emotional spaceholding

- eye gazing

- wrestling and other forms of light sensual play

- whatever creative idea you come up with that is within the boundaries of the space and the other beings in that space

You will have a chance to reflect upon and to integrate whatever arises in your experience.

I address consent so that everyone feels truly safe.

We can only feel safe to receive if we know that our boundaries will be respected, AND if we know how to ask for what we want, without being afraid, and without the other person feeling pressured to say yes!

I will help you practice the skills of asking for what you want, saying yes to what you want, and saying no to what you don't want.
? Can partners stay together for the exercises?

Yes. If you come with a partner, you will have the option to stay in connection with your partner throughout the evening.
? Who's facilitating?

INFINITY NGUYEN is a facilitator for Authentic Bay Area. She is also a certified massage therapist, somatic coach, and embodiment guide who is passionate about creating containers where the full spectrum of human emotion can be expressed. She loves to facilitate events where people can connect authentically, vulnerably, and playfully by practicing the arts of deep listening and embodied presence, first with themselves and then with others. Her signature offering, Pleasure Alchemy, has now been shared across multiple venues on the Big Island of Hawaii, in the SF Bay Area, at Burning Man, and in St. Pete, Florida. Her approach to facilitation has been deeply influenced by over a decade of learning and practice in somatic psychology, nervous system repatterning, conscious communication, authentic relating, dance therapy, and contact improvisation.
