Motorcade procession leaving from 18810 Hwy 290 parking lot at (Bob's) Elgin, leaving sharply at 12:30. Patriot Guard will have a flag line at the VFW at 1:00. Flag ceremony with Honor Guard to follow. Celebration will be in the Hall immediately following procession until 5:00.
