Taught by Kneaders Corporate Executive Pastry Chef, Emily Larson . In this one-hour class we will be learning cake assembly and frosting basics, as well as decorating a modern, drip style 6”- yule log cake with various decorations. Recommended ages 12+.
Class includes : instruction materials, 6” cake and fountain drink
Emily is from Utah and has always been a baker. She started baking with her mother and grandmother. Her Kneaders journey begasn as the head chef in Orem and is now one of our amazing regional pastry trainers for the southern Utah and Nevada stores.
