Grown up & Me Yoga with ages 2 - 7 is happening at Bella J's Farm in Middletown. Children ages 2 - 7 with one grown up are invited to experience playful Yoga on the farm and experience goat cuddles with baby goats.Using music, props, animated yoga poses, singing and laughter I will guide you and your little one during this fun farm themed Yoga class. No Yoga experience is needed. And children are not expected to sit still! This class is full of movement and fun. I'll guide them and you.
During each hour the kids will play, pet and cuddle with the baby goats for the first 15 minutes. Then we will shift our focus to playful Yoga poses with creative movements, animated breathing and laughter for 30 minutes. After Yoga, the kids will play, pet and cuddle with the baby goats again for 15 more minutes.
Rain Date is Sunday June 8 from 10 am - 11 am.
