Zumba Ellen is BACK at the 4th annual Prodigy PLAYfest to launch off the morning with a super fun Kids Zumba dance party from 10-10:30pm! Dress to dance with us! This year the event will be held at Capaha Park in the heart of Cape Girardeau, Mo and the class is totally free! At PLAyfest, there will be play opportunities for all ages and PLAYfest features local food vendors, musicians, artisans, and shops! Play games, play sports, play outside, play music, and play together. The full event runs from 10-3pm. Everyone is welcome to attend so INVITE YOUR FRIENDS! ? Come Zumba then stay and PLAY the rest of the afternoon. In this special kids class we will do simple choreography to some of your kids favorite songs as well as authentic Latin-inspired hits created by Zumba. All ages can participate, but those between 2-10 years will likely enjoy it the most (plus parents of all ages!) Fitness should be a family activity.
Children should wear comfortable, good-fitting tennis shoes and expect to laugh and sweat! Bring water and a towel if needed.
