About this Event
Join us on February 10th from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM for a Playdate at the Capitol, a special event celebrating early childhood education in Virginia! This family-friendly gathering will bring together our youngest learners, their families, lawmakers, community partners, and advocates for a morning of fun and educational activities.
Held during the 2025 legislative session, this event aims to highlight the critical importance of early care and education initiatives. It's an opportunity for legislators and members of the executive branch to connect directly with families and early childhood advocates, gaining insight into the positive impact of quality early education.
We look forward to fostering meaningful connections, advocating for investment in our youngest learners, and having a playful start to the day! Don’t miss out on this hands-on experience that brings policy to life in a joyful way.
