This workshop is designed to be a movement-research with oneself and one another.During this event its participants will be guided into a primal play session. We want to create a space where we allow ourselves to freely walk, spin, stand or roll around - as if it was a playground or garden full of possibilities (rather than boundaries).
The physical interaction can be different: from complete stillness to intense flow of movement; from no touch to full body contact; from crawling together on the floor to flying and spinning in lifts. None of it is mandatory or expected. All of it can be approached at your own pace or not approached at all.
FEE: 100kr regular fee / 50kr for members of Hjerterum
