Play with Clay Time - Open Studio for ages 17 and under
Class size maximum is 6
Come hang out with me at the pottery studio! You'll get clay, tools and DIY pottery guides to use during this time. You can create something from your own imagination, or you can follow pottery guides to create a unique clay creation. I will have a project for you to work on, but you are free to work on something different. Pottery wheels will be available for students to use during class time. Students can paint their clay creations with underglaze or leave them bare, and they will be clear glazed and ready to be picked up 2-4 weeks from the date of their class. Students will be responsible for cleaning up their space and tools at the end of class.
Students can be dropped off if they meet the following criteria (otherwise parents must stay for the duration of class):
1. Be able to communicate with the instructor, verbally or through writing.
2. Be able to follow directions which are verbally communicated to them.
3. Clean their work area.
4. Use the restroom facilities on their own.
5. Self regulate emotions (specifically no violent behavior).
6. Work well with others.
All materials included, just bring yourself!
