Come and create your own mug out of clay! We'll teach you handbuilding techniques to put together a super-cute textured mug. You'll learn slab building and texturing skills. We'll use a white stoneware clay - this means the mugs are going to be super durable, food-, dishwasher-, and microwave-safe! You'll have the option to either choose your color and let us glaze, or come in to HOTplate to paint it yourself after the first firing.
This clay class will be held at The Honorable Distillery (136 W Washington St., Marquette). Mugs will be ready for glazing after 1-1.5 weeks, and are ready for pickup from HOTplate 1 week after glazing is complete.

* Texturing tools, stamps, and press molds for decorating
