Play Synopsis
---------------
Two U.S. Marines stand charged with the murder of fellow Marine Private Santiago at the Guantanamo Bay US Naval Base in Cuba.
Lt. Daniel Kaffee has been assigned as the men's defence counsel. What initially seems like an open-shut case, rapidly complexifies when the accused refuse to accept Kaffee's plea bargain, and further investigation reveals they may have been acting under orders.
The defence begins to suspect the involvement of a highly decorated officer. Proving it in an environment where all the material witnesses are rigorously trained to be loyal to the death both to their unit and to the chain of command will be no easy feat.
What ensues is a tense battle of wills, egos and ideals to bring the truth to light...
