Tuesday 28th May 2-4pm.
Art & Nature Play on the beach, a fun and creative session on Hive Beach with artist Jo Burlington from Oops Wow Messy art, along with Clare Smith, Forest & Beach School leader from Thriving Wild CIC.
We will be playing with the clay and the wind, drawing the sounds, sending messages using semaphore and echolocation.... will you be the dolphin or the fish?

Play on the Beach are a series of playful and creative sessions for families on Hive Beach, Burton Bradstock, scheduled at various times throughout the year, from May to October.
Each experience will be different and will be led by either Jo from Oops Wow Messy Art, Clare Smith, forest and beach school leader from Thriving Wild, Leah Miles, yoga and movement practitioner from Yoga with Leah, or Peter Margerum eco artist (in some cases the experiences may be a collaboration between two or three of these people !).
Booking is required (see: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/play-on-the-beach-67205396603 ) and places are limited. A ticket is for the family, you do not need to book a place for each person attending.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and all grown-ups must join in, everyone needs to play!
The sessions will take place on the beach, booking is essential and places are limited. The experiences are good for families with children aged 3 and up. Please note that a ticket is for the whole family, you do not need to buy a ticket for each person attending.
Please dress for mess, mud, wind and showers, paddling accidents and baking hot sun..... all of these can happen in one session.
