Play Learn Grow Workshops were designed by Developmental Expert and founder of BabyGym, Dr Melodie de Jager, to bridge the developmental gap that we so often see… the gap between babies and the more formal preschool years. The workshops are based on her newest book Play Learn Grow (Birth to 3). The book was launched in October 2017 and it is flying off the shelf! Why Play Learn Grow?
The purpose of Play Learn Grow workshops 1 and 2 is to introduce you to a book-companion that highlights some of the most significant developmental milestones for the first 36 months of a child’s life. The activities in Play Learn Grow are age-appropriate and correspond to the latest research in development, especially brain development. In workshop 1 our focus is on LEARNING in the early years. We define What is learning and How do babies and toddlers learn. In workshop 2 we look at Developmental milestones and how they engineer a sturdy bridge to school readiness.

Workshop 1:
Friday 9 July from 14:00 – 17:00 (includes a tea break)
Workshop 2:
Saturday 10 July from 09:00 – 12:00 (includes a tea break)

Venue: ONLINE
Cost: *R1210 for both workshops, it includes the Play Learn Grow (Birth to 3) book, valued at R305.
SAMA: 6 CPD Points
