Play, Create, Love Yourself Workshop

This experiential workshop is designed to help you step gently out of your head, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with joy and creativity through play, reflection, and self-compassion.

We’ll begin in a cozy circle with a children’s book reading and intention-setting, then move through playful stations including bubbles, hopscotch, hula hoops, crown-making, coloring, Play-Doh, journaling, and writing a love letter to yourself.

The workshop closes with gentle reflection and a guided self-love meditation to integrate your experience.

What to bring: a journal and comfortable clothing. All materials provided.
