Play Attention is an embodied group discovery process using sound movement and storytelling. Together we investigate Impulse, Expression, and Impact to gain freedom and ease in improvisation. And we do it all with games :)We are all always improvising. In every conversation we have, every choice we make, and every dance we enter. With Play Attention, we create a playful container that allows us to hone our intricate choice-making systems naturally so that our improvisation can gain intelligence, a wider range of expression, and a greater sense of trust.
If you get stuck in repetitive movement, bored with your dance, or edit your impulses for fear of looking a certain way, Play Attention is for you.
We are each a sea of possibility. Come and dive in… Perhaps you’ll surprise yourself.
