‼ THE RACE IS SOLD OUT ‼On 20th October 2024, Poreč will host the biggest triathlon in Croatia and Southeast Europe – Plava Laguna IRONMAN 70.3 Poreč, Istria, Croatia.
COURSE:
??♀️The swim course is point to point, 1900m long course. Athletes will swim clockwise direction in a protected Plava Laguna cove.
??♂️The bike is an out and back course, 90km course with no major climbs, undulating course that leads you through city of Funtana, vineyards and olive groves including the highway portion suitable for PB results. Completely closed for traffic.
IMPORTANT: It will NOT be possible to ride a bike before the race on the HIGHWAY section of the bike course!
??♂️The run course is 2-lap that goes along the coast all the way to city centre of Poreč and back south towards Zelena resort.
The race starts and ends at the Zelena Resort in the beautiful Adriatic Sea setting. The race time limit is 8 hours, and the fittest triathletes should be able to master it within four hours.
