As a holistic chef and certified health coach, she believes that food is not only nourishment but also medicine, capable of transforming both body and mind.

A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holder of a graduate certificate in Herbal Medicine Studies from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, Erin blends her expertise in nutrition, wellness coaching, and culinary arts to create meals that support optimal health while being absolutely delicious. She has trained extensively in preparing healthy, flavorful dishes tailored to various dietary needs and believes that healthy food should be as indulgent as it is nourishing.
