About this Event

What is a Plated Landscape™ Dinner?

Starting in 2006, Plated Landscapes are the brainchild of Chef/Founder/Farmer, Ben Bebenroth. These al fresco dining experiences take place at our farm, Spice Acres, along with other scenic and immersive locations in Northeast Ohio. The evening begins with a welcoming reception with a signature beverage and seasonally inspired passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a multi-course dinner set among area farms or Cleveland’s most iconic Metroparks locations.

About this Dinner:

This April, join us for our second annual Plated Landscape at Nate Cotterman’s HOT SHOP! Sip cocktails in his signature Cube Glass, watch a live glassblowing demo, and savor a spring-inspired menu showcasing the season’s harvest. With artful wine pairings and an immersive evening in the world of glassmaking, this event is a true celebration of artistry and flavor.
