These are the moments when we take stock of all that has happened during the flowering months of Spring and Summer…
…when time lapses into the harvest and beyond… where we have gathered our bounty and will go within to plant new seeds and rest for the cycle to begin again.
Join us Friday, Nov. 1st from 6-8pm, as we will take a look at the Celtic idea and traditions of Samhain, when the veil is thin.
We will look at both the medicinal aspects and folklore of plants for this time of year which honors our ancestors and allows us to withdraw for much needed self-care after the harvest.
We’ll explore the ritual of tea making and blending for this season, honoring the Ancestors and for the Remembrance of loved ones who have crossed the veil.
Each student will create a tea blend to take home with them.

LeeAnn Monat of LionArt Creations is an herbalist, culinary artist, Reiki Master and certified holistic health coach specializing in Intuitive Wellness Education and Products. Her products which include skin care, teas and tinctures are available at The Peace of Mind Center and other small businesses in the Shreveport area.
