In this talk we will explore the medicinal and culinary value and uses of common wild plants, considering how you can forage and include them in your diet to enhance wellbeing. We will also explore the concept of biophilia and how valuable this is as a mechanism for healing ourselves and our relationship with nature. Trudy Norris is a Medical Herbalist, Counsellor and Social and Therapeutic Horticultural Therapist whose passion is working with plants and people. Fee is £3 for visitors/Free for members (please ask about membership). This event includes a break for teas and coffees. The venue is fully accessible.
