About this Event

Explore the use of plants in restoration projects and how they help maintain and restore watershed health.  The display at the River stop includes the Rio Grande Cottonwood and Coyote Willow is the most common on the Colorado River near Rifle.  The class will include updates restoration projects at the Lions Pond rest stop and along Rifle Creek. Class designed for youth 8 years old and up. Class size is limited to 10 kids.
