About this Event
As part of the Little Art Hub programme 'Seeds of Hope' for Book Week Scotland 2024, artist Ann Louise Kieran will lead this gorgeous creative workshop, guiding participants through a process of sketchbook-making. Using experimental mark-making with inks (and other drawing materials)+ natural materials/tools, everybody can make their own book with a variety of off-cut paper stock.
With sensitivity, we will explore the broad theme of 'hope' with regard to the passage of time (in gardening terms: everything having it's season) through creative writing exercises which specifically address our individual and collective experiences.
No creative know-how necessary - just bring yourself and an apron!
All materials & refreshments will be provided.
