
About this Event
Growing your own vegetables has many benefits, including healthier eating and reduced stress. The Planting Seeds for Health program will help participants learn basic gardening skills as well as and use what they grow to prepare healthy and tasty dishes.
NOTE: The weekly workshops involves hands-on gardening and cooking demonstrations.
The schedule is as follows:
March 26---Garden Clean-Up Day
April 2---no class
April 9th through May 14th---Planting Seeds for Health Workshops
Classes meet on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
