A 4-Week Strength + Stability Pilates Series

Balanced & Bold is a 4-week series boldly focused on building strength, improving stability, and moving with confidence. Using Pilates-inspired movement and the mini ball, each class supports core strength, balance, and consistent, intentional movement.

This series also includes plant-based coaching, offering simple education and weekly tips to help you eat more plants in a realistic, sustainable way. Together, Pilates and a plant-forward lifestyle support reduced inflammation, better recovery, improved energy, and overall wellness.
