We will be showing the powerful movie Plantadas about the women who resisted communism in Cuba; it will be in Spanish with English subtitles. Also participants will meet the director of the film, Lilo Vilaplana, and hear from former political prisoners as well as from actors in the movie.
Sandwiches, coffee, and water will be served. Tickets are $20.
