Plant Yo’ Seed is the perfect introduction to yoga for anyone who is new to the practice or looking to build a strong foundation. In this supportive, beginner-friendly series, you’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga, including basic postures, breath awareness, and what yoga is truly about—both on and off the mat.
Guided by experienced instructor Julia Haines, each workshop is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and empowered as you begin your yoga journey.
