Plant your own hop rhizome at Single Hill on Sunday, April 6th between 12-3PM. Fun fact: hop rhizomes are planted in a "Single Hill" during the farming process to become a hop that will be used in beer!
Yakima Chief Ranches has generously donated 100 hop rhizomes and pots so that you can grow your very own hops.
Get ready to get your hands a little dirty (bring some gloves if you wish) and pop by between noon and 3pm to plant your own hop rhizome, you'll receive at home care instructions, too!
This is a free event and open to everyone, we will plant until we run out of pots.
