Plant Yoga in the Park

There’s no better way to end your week than a stunning yoga flow on a summer evening in Colorado… unless you add plants!

This is a going to be a super fun, supportive and nourishing evening creatively crafted for you.

Connect to nature, plants, your body and community through this unique event.

• Guided Yoga Session: This yoga session is suitable for all levels. Feel the earth beneath your feet, breathe in the fresh air, and let the tranquility of the park & the spirit of the plants enhance your practice.
• Plant Spirit Connection: You’ll be guided to connect psychically/spiritually to a medicinal herb that will help you deepen into the classes theme of GROUNDING. Taylor will guide you through an interactive exercise to connect you with the plants to show you what you need to know about grounding through your yoga flow and beyond.
• Mini-Tea Ceremony: After our flow, we’ll join in peaceful community with each other and the plants to deepen further into grounding through a mini-tea ceremony. Where you’ll have a chance to mindfully connect with the plants and journal about your experiences of the evening.

Taylor Short, of Harmonious Return, is a Yoga Teacher, Herbalist, Nature-Connected Coach and more. She believes in helping humans + nature reconnect to establish vibrancy, alignment, health & happiness for all. Through this series, she will guide you through an evening of reconnection.
