In this supportive, beginner-friendly series, you’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga, including basic postures, breath awareness, and what yoga is truly about—both on and off the mat.
Guided by experienced instructor Julia Haines, each workshop is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and empowered as you begin your yoga journey.
