Are you a plant enthusiast looking to expand your collection while connecting with fellow green thumbs in your community? Look no further! We're thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Plant Swap event, where you can trade your beloved plants for new botanical treasures.

At our Plant Swap, you'll have the opportunity to exchange healthy, pest-free plants with other participants, all while enjoying a fun and friendly atmosphere dedicated to celebrating our love for plants.

Here's What You Need to Know Before You Go:

Plant Contribution Guidelines: Please bring only healthy plants for swapping. Plants should be free from pests and diseases to ensure the well-being of everyone's collections.

Label Your Plants: To help recipients care for their new plants, please label each plant you bring with its name and care instructions. Include any additional information, such as sun requirements or watering preferences.

Containers or Transport: Please bring your own containers or bags to transport swapped plants safely. Try to use eco-friendly practices and reusable bags or containers whenever possible :)

Additional Items to Bring: Bring any additional items you might need, such as gardening gloves, hand sanitizer, water bottles, or sunscreen (event is outdoors*.)

All Plants Welcome: indoor, outdoor, flowering, edible, seeds, or other specific types of plants.

Adherence to Local Regulations: Comply with any local regulations or restrictions regarding the exchange of plants. No invasive species or protected flora.

Equal Value Exchange: We encourage participants to trade plants of similar value. Consider factors such as rarity, size, and maturity when selecting plants for swapping.

No Sales or Trades Involving Money: Our plant swap is strictly for trading plants. Please refrain from engaging in sales or exchanges involving money.

Respectful Behavior: Let's foster a welcoming and inclusive environment by treating fellow participants and their plants with respect and kindness. Aggressive or pushy swapping tactics are not permitted.

Cleanup Responsibility: Please be prepared to help us keep the venue clean by disposing of any packaging materials or unwanted plants properly. Let's leave the space even greener than we found it!
