Join us for a quick but plentiful pop up plant swap.Bring your extra plant starts, divide your perennial flowers, dig up that plant that has outgrown its place, and/ or
bring some house plant cuttings
Helpful tips:
Pest-free plants: Only bring healthy, pest-free plants
Bring plants in ready to grab containers that are labeled with their info
Edible plant starts: Many gardeners have veggie seeds started in cups or other containers. It would be wonderful if lots of people brought plant starts of the edible variety . . . labeled, of course.
Non-edible plant starts: This category could include house plant varieties and cuttings from things growing around your property. Wrap cuttings in drenched newspaper. And . . . label.
Mature plants: Many people might want to 'trade in' their existing potted plants for something new. That's called a "swap" ( ? ) and is highly encouraged.
Single servings preferred: Please bring Swap items in containers suitable for single plants. Smaller containers are easier to handle and provide more swap options for more participants.
A portable table: We're a little short on tables. If you have one, could you bring it ? Label it. Thanks .
