About this Event
The practice of mediumship uses the body, mind, and spirit as a conduit between us and the other side.
Frequently this practice is used to communicate with humans and ancestors who have transitioned, but from an animist perspective these are not the only spirits among us.This workshop will introduce mediumship techniques to connect and commune with the spirits of plants, trees, flowers, and the elements.
Participants will learn how to establish protection, build energy, “blend,” and close the channel. Through a guided plant mediumship circle the group will practice together while being supported by Reiki, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and therapeutic sound. After the journey participants will be invited to journal, integrate, and share their experiences/messages in the group.Learning to connect directly with plants, energetically and intuitively, is a nourishing practice for herbalists, flower essence practitioners, and anyone who loves nature.
Participants are invited to:
- Dress comfortably
- Bring a notebook and pen
- Consider any particular plants, flowers, herbal formations, or essences you wish to connect with (optional).
MIKELLA MILLEN
Mikella Millen (she/they) is a medium, Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist, licensed Art Psychotherapist, and writer. She has supported individuals in trauma recovery, using psychotherapy, trance, energy healing, intuitive inquiry, and earth-honoring practices for 15 years. Mikella brings her lifelong love of nature, rooted in reciprocity and exchange, to all her offerings.
