An outdoor meditation + connection circle with the presence of a living plant

Step outside and return to the ancient practice of sitting in quiet communion with the living world.
In this simple, soul-nourishing gathering, we’ll come together in nature to sit with a living, local plant—slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering our place in the greater web of life. There is no agenda other than presence. No prior knowledge is needed, only an open heart and a willingness to be still.

You’ll be gently guided into a short grounding meditation and invited to observe, feel, and connect with the plant before you—engaging your senses and spirit in deep listening. We’ll close with an optional circle to share reflections, insights, or silence.

This is a practice of slowing down, of re-learning the language of the land, and of honoring the plants not only as medicine, but as wise and ancient teachers.
