“Speak to the Earth, and it will teach you...”Have you ever heard yourself or another saying, “I’m not creative.” We are being called to break away from that false narrative! There is so much to learn from the Plant Nation, they are calling for us to slow down and listen. In doing so, we learn more about ourselves, our individual capacities and how this can build up collective healing in our culture.
Here, you will be guided through a meditation with one or more plant allies as a path toward accessing our internal creative states. Together, we will engage all 5 of our physical senses as we dive into creative exercises by making visual art.
This workshop focuses on building transformational creativity that inspires new thought processes. You will learn techniques for activating creative thinking, free from self-judgment. In practicing these techniques you will find yourself coming up with new ideas, deepening problem-solving capacity, strengthening your resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.
Our time together in this workshop will integrate the essence of Rose in all forms. A loving and strong plant ally with so much to share. We will be honoring our time in this calendar season of the Lunar New Year as we welcome the year of the Fire Horse with Rose as our guide.

Alexandra Rose is an artist, earth steward, and community cultivator who lives, laughs, and loves with her beautiful little family in Northern Colorado. She is the founder of Alexandra’s Rose, an art business focused on bolstering and nurturing the creativity found in each of us. She is also the co-founder and co-facilitator of the Fourfold Sisterhood and Sister Circle for young girls in our community.
Her mission in life is to live authentically while creating lasting, beneficial change for the next seven generations. Her work and joy in this world focuses around art, nature-based education, cultivating natural spaces, fostering the connection with Creator, our own creative self, and our community, as well as stewarding her amazing family. In most moments, you may find her exploring outdoors, talking with plants, creating art, cultivating an outdoor space, or learning instruments, languages, old wisdom, & new skills.
