If you like a good ‘ol physical, mental, and spiritual reset after a night of Halloween debauchery, join in for the inaugural edition of Plant Powered Yoga (or maybe Boga, if you wanna call it that)! We’ll be meeting up at our frequent stomping grounds, The Vegan Nom Food Truck Park, on Saturday, November 1st. Make sure to show up on time, class will start right at 10 AM!
This will be a nice 45-minute all-levels class, friendly even to those who may say « But Bo, I’m not flexible, I’ve never done yoga before! I can’t come! ». No need to fear! All poses can be modified to be easier if you need it, and if you just wanna lie on your back in savasana and stare at the (hopefully) pretty blue sky while taking in the hand-curated playlist, that’s great too.
Make sure to bring your own mat, water, athletic clothes you can be flexible in, and a yoga block if you have one to help get into those poses that challenge you (I have a few extras I can lend, but not quite enough for everyone)! Also maybe a hairtie if your hair is long and gets in your face a lot.
We’ll eat food after class is over, just like on Sunday Funday but without the running this time!
