1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Instructor: Robert Bowden
Everything you may have heard about Florida plant pests and diseases is true - except there are some interesting twists. One day your plants look great and the next day you’ll notice that they have been chewed down to a little nub or are sporting a new coat of mildew or black spots. It can be very frustrating but don’t despair. In this class you will learn about a slew of good bugs that can control the bad guys, as well as interesting ways to ward off disease. If that doesn’t work you can learn about environmentally sensitive methods of control.
All is not lost – help is on the way!
