Ready to take your plant game to the wall? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of plant mounting—a beautiful and creative way to display your favorite greenery.
Instead of using a traditional pot, you'll mount a plant (commonly epiphytes like staghorn ferns or philodendrons) onto a wooden board using natural materials like moss and twine. The result? A stunning, sculptural piece of living wall art that brings style and nature together.
We’ll guide you through the entire process—from selecting the right plant to caring for your mounted masterpiece. No prior experience is needed—just bring your love for plants and a little creativity!

The location of this workshop is 1101 E Whitaker Mill Road Suite 122 Raleigh NC 27604. Please arrive prior to or at the start time listed. Parking can be found in the parking garage at the Forge entrance, there is a gravel parking lot, as well as parking off of Whitaker Mill Road. Any participants that show up later than 10 minutes past the start time will not be caught up.
