In this hands-on workshop at the Hagood Mill Historic Site, we’ll explore the many ways to use this versatile wild plant in both food and medicine.

This two-hour class is dedicated to celebrating the STAR of SPRING—the dandelion! You’ll leave with practical skills to incorporate this powerful plant into your daily life and wellness routine.

On their permaculture homestead, they drink their own homemade herbal teas made from the plants growing naturally around them. Their passion for “eating and drinking the weeds” has brought them a longer, healthier life—and now they’re ready to share that knowledge with you.
